Welcome to my blog. I dont know if my life is really interesting enough to justify this blog, but I hope you enjoy it anyway.
Where do I begin??? I met my husband Mike on Thursday June 1, 2000. We were introduced by a mutual friend who thought we would get along since we both liked drinking beer. Turns out she was right, but not because of our love for beer but our love for loving life and just always having a good time and the ability to make the most of any situation. After our first introduction we were obviously attracted to each other but it would be over a month before we would see or even talk to each other again. There was a boxing match that niether of us really "wanted" to go to but only went because we each thought the other would be there. We spent every day and night together from that point on for the next 9 years. July 9, 2001 I gave birth to our son Matthew. Each of us had kids from previous relationships. Cecelia and Benji are my children Andrew and Michael are Mikes. We never referred to them as mine or yours or step children they were just "OUR" children.
Mike and I were inseperable, we loved to be together, no matter what or where we always had such a good time togther. We laughed all the time. We totally got each other.
On July 24, 2009 Mike was shot and he passed away shortly after midnight on July 25, 2009. I lost my very best friend. The best friend I've ever had, the love of my life. My children lost thier father.
This blog is our story. Nothing will ever ever compare to life with Mike here but life does go on, and this is our "Life after You".
